Returns & Refunds
We truly hope you love your new home pieces as much as we do. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Your Right to Change Your Mind (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return your item(s).
Once you’ve told us, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
Unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or receiving proof of return), in line with UK regulations.
Please note:
Original delivery charges are refundable in line with statutory requirements (standard delivery cost only).
Any upgraded delivery services are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we are very sorry.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
Clear photos of the damage
A short video showing the damage and the packaging
This helps us resolve the issue quickly for you and raise it with our couriers where needed.
If the item is confirmed as damaged or faulty:
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You will not be responsible for return shipping costs in these circumstances.
Unfortunately, we may not be able to accept damage claims reported after 24 hours.
How Returns Are Processed
Once your returned item arrives back with us:
All returns are inspected within 72 hours (3 working days).
We will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund once issued.
Undelivered or Refused Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address details
Missed delivery
Refused delivery
A refund will only be processed once the parcel has safely returned to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.
